The SUPREME PLUS oil has an intense yellow-green color and very low acidity. On the nose, the SUPREME PLUS oil presents itself with a medium-intensity olive fruitiness accompanied by notes of almond, ripe tomato, cut grass, and artichoke. The taste is slightly or not at all bitter, lightly spicy, and with a hint of sweetness.
In the kitchen, this oil performs excellently both raw (for dressing soups, vegetables, and salads) and cooked (in the preparation of roasts and fried dishes, both meat and fish). The polyphenol content is balanced, making consumption of this oil beneficial for reducing the risk of cardiovascular disease, while the high content of highly digestible fats helps reduce cholesterol and blood sugar levels.
